	On April 23, 2009 our son, Anthony, suffered a brain injury.   His prognosis was not good, but after 3 weeks at the Illinois Neurological Institute at OSF St. Francis Hospital in Peoria and 4 ½ months at the Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago, Anthony returned home on October 1st.  Click here to read more.
	I first met Greg Gardner about two years after I broke my neck in a bizarre bicycle accident when a squirrel ran into my spokes and sent me over my handlebars onto my head. Fortunately, I was wearing a helmet, but my spinal cord was damaged at C6/C7. Click here to read more.
